Natalia Villegas, MS, LMFT

Background and Experience

Natalia is from Kahaluʻu, Koʻolaupoko, Oʻahu. She graduated from the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa with her BA in Psychology before receiving her MS in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Chaminade University of Honolulu. Her background includes supporting children and adults who have experienced trauma, families wanting to foster stronger connections, and couples looking to refine their commitment. She primarily uses a trauma-informed, attachment-based lens to support clients through their journeys of reconnection. Natalia recognizes the ways one’s relationship to land, culture, and society influence how we navigate in the world and she brings these pieces into her practice.  In her work, she also takes a collaborative and strengths-based approach to build on the intuition and knowledge each person holds to then weave back into community for long-lasting connection and healing.

Therapy, at times, can seem like a confusing process, but it doesn’t need to be. Finding someone you can most be your true self with is oftentimes the biggest piece of healing work. Please use the button below or contact me to schedule a free consultation meeting today.”
